Terms of Service
Last updated now2026.
These Terms govern your use of QA Ledger (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Your data
You retain ownership of the content and records you enter ("Your Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the data you upload.
3. Trials, plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security or tenant isolation, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other customers.
5. Availability & warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is a record-keeping and workflow tool and is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, code compliance, or a licensed inspection.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may request an export of Your Data for a reasonable period.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
